Ingredients
L-carnitine tartrate (62,5%); maltodextrin; capsule shell (gelatine; colours – titanium dioxide); anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; vit. B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) (0,09%); chromium (chromium picolinate) (0,01%).

Recommended daily portion is 2 capsules.
Portion of the product wash down with approx. 300 ml water.
On workout days:
2 capsules 30 min. before workout.
On non-workout days:
twice a day, 1 capsule on each occasion, preferably 30 min. before your meal.
