DOSAGE OF MULTIVITAMIN FOR MEN
Recommended daily portion is 2 capsules.
A single serving of the product – 1 capsule – wash it downapprox. 300 ml of water. Use twice a day, preferably with a meal. Do not use for more than 3 months.
