Altar Nutrition owner, Conor O’Keeffe, is no stranger to the extraordinary. As an Ultra Endurance Coach and ultra runner, Conor has completed challenges that defy belief. Including running 32 marathons across 32 counties in 32 days, all while carrying 32 pounds on his back.
